25 Days to Football and Reason #68 to Love Ann Arbor

There are just 25 Days Left Till Kick-off, but we're running a little behind on the Countdown. So with 25 Days Left, you’re gonna get three reasons a day to Love Ann Arbor until we get caught up! So, here's #68 in our continuing Series of 100 Days to Football and 100 Reasons to Love Ann Arbor.

#68 - Quickie Burger

Quickieburgersign_tasty_medium

A relatively new addition to the State Street skyline that has gained popularity rather... um... Quickly. Tasty treats and good old fashioned tasteless advertising are an outstanding combination and a license to print money in a town like Ann Arbor. It's not that hard to get a rise out of the Ann Arbor political correctness crowd, so our friends at QB got a pile of free advertising when the Ann Arbor Torch and Pitchfork Company came along calling for the owner's heads over their... what's the word... "frisky" mascot. Meh, if the food sucked I'd be right be right there with them waving a torch. But it's so tasty. Logo or not, it's #68 in our Countdown and Reason #68 to Love Ann Arbor.

If you've got suggestions on places you'd like to see, email me with a photo or a description and we'll get your favorite hangouts in the countdown as well. I'll also try to get a link on the sidebar in the coming days that allows you to see all 100 Reasons to Love Ann Arbor.

Quickie Burger rules. If you go late at night, the employees will drink shots and/or beers with you.
