There are just 23 Days Left Till Kick-off, but we're running a little behind on the Countdown. So with 23 Days Left, you’re gonna get three reasons a day to Love Ann Arbor until we get caught up! So, here's #61 in our continuing Series of 100 Days to Football and 100 Reasons to Love Ann Arbor.

#61 – Rick’s

The blue door to the underground debauchery that is Ann Arbor's own Rick's American Cafe. Named after a not-so-classy joint in Casablanca, Rick's lives up to its well earned reputation for "Wooooooooooomotherfuckers!" Yet another place you love in spite of yourself. Personally, I spent many a friday afternoon in a drinking contest involving dollar pitchers. A buddy of mine and I would sit there, pitcher for pitcher for six hours in a weekly battle to see who could put down that one extra pitcher. Ten or eleven bucks a piece later, it was time to call it a night. Lame. I know. But at that point in my life, it was still a lot of fun. You could always do a shot with some friends, meet your buddies out late or make new friends at Rick's, which is one of the reasons I kept going back there. True, there is a little meatheadedness factor on display, but it is college after all. It's a solid, solid bar and #61 in our Countdown and Reason #61 to Love Ann Arbor.
