I thought he should’ve gotten two games, minimum. Send a message that Michigan isn’t going to allow that type of play. I think it was especially important after the Kampfer incident.

I’m also being a bit harsh, given the circumstances. But there’s a difference between being aggressive and being a dumbass. Novak crossed that line and should’ve sat for two games, IMO.

As far as the epheremal feeling of suspensions go, two games would seem to fit what happened pretty well.
