Embarrasing
As a UM alum (and a Hawkeye fan), this thread is embarrasing. Why all the Iowa hate? Because UM lost to Iowa earlier? Because you don’t like their style of play? Really not getting it. The calls did not allow Iowa to win. On the bad spot – IU got a first down the next play. One one of the touchdowns at least that was waved off, IU scored a TD anyways. The refs just didn’t matter. Once Iowa was going with the wind again in the 4th, it was lights out IU. I don’t see why the need to hate on a fellow Big XI team – after all, Iowa is the only one left with a chance to go undefeated and really mess with the BCS. And they are scrappy, an underdog. Now if this was OSU or PSU or something, I’d get it, but the tone of these comments were just surprising to me.
