Nevada Las Vegas athletic director Jim Livengood told assistant coach Ty Gregorak to resign or his contract won't be renewed when it expires June 30. Gregorak was accused by police in Boulder of stealing a .45-caliber gun and wallet from the car belonging to a strip club bouncer on May 1. Formal charges are expected to be announced Thursday.
Jezus. How bleeping crazy do you have to be to steal a gun and a wallet from a strip club bouncer in LAS VEGAS Boulder (this doesn make a little less impressive, doesn't it? -Ed.)? I guess the follow up will be walking into an Armory with three dozen lit road flares strapped to his body. Mr. Gregorak, your arraignment will be heard at Vinny's Cement Company tomorrow. Your personally designed prison footwear is waiting.
