Michigan Cornerback Troy Woolfolk Transported Directly to Hospital From Practice

Stay connected for news and updates

The news gets worse. According to Rich Rodriguez, Troy Woolfolk was transported directly to the hospital today after sustaining a lower body injury during practice. There are no specifics on the injury, but it seems more likely than not that Troy suffered a serious injury. MGoBlog is speculating that it is a dislocated ankle, and if so that guarantees that Woolfolk will miss the 2010 season.

All our hopes and prayers are with Troy for a speedy and complete recovery. We'll cover what next for the team tomorrow. But for now, we'll offer Troy our best wishes.
