Caris LeVert to Michigan

1

John Beilein adds commit number five to the 2012 class, and barring the addition of an unlikely grad-year transfer, Michigan pretty much has its roster set going into next season. LeVert, a former OHIO commit (no, not that Ohio) opened up his recruitment when OHIO coach John Groce took the Illinois job. LeVert was chosen to be the Ohio H.S. Basketball Player of the Year, while leading his team to a state title in the highest division. The 6'4, 185lbs SG has good range and a knack for scoring, but needs to add some muscle before he can hold up to the college game. All in all, he should be a solid pickup for Beilein once he has some time to adjust to the college game.
