This Saturday will mark the second annual BRU Fest in Royal Oak, Michigan, a brilliant celebration of the most delicious beer, burgers, wings, and ice cream in the area.
All proceeds will benefit the Children's Leukemia Foundation of Michigan, an organization that provides everything from financial assistance to emotional support to families affected by leukemia, lymphoma and related blood disorders.
Held at the Royal Oak Farmer's Market from 7-11 p.m. ET, this year's extravaganza will feature delicious chicken wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, more than 15 premium beers from Bell's Brewery, handcrafted burgers from Bagger Dave's, the best desserts and ice cream around from Treat Dreams, AND live music throughout. Don't say we didn't warn you.
Thankfully for us here at Maize n Brew, we were lucky enough to land tickets in advance to this can't-miss event, and will be on hand to sample/eviscerate the beer selection and scarf down as many wings as possible.
But now it's your turn.
Instead of reading through our Two Hearted-soaked recap on Monday morning, why not actually join us for the festivities in the beautiful city of Royal Oak? Tickets are still available and just $39 per person, but our inside sources indicate that the event will definitely sell out soon. Why miss out?
