I just wanted to send out a quick post to this group in case you may be interested.

I just got back from the game and wanted to to let you know that I had the oportunity to meet a few Michigan fans and they were great. I know that the result wasn't what you were looking for, but I am still glad we got the opportunity to play and look forward to possible rematches in the future.

For those unfamiliar with our history, we went through probation and a series of bad coaching hires that caused us much despair from '93 - '08. While there were a few decent seasons mixed in there, mediocrity was our middle name for about 15 years. We refer to that period as the Dark Ages and we are aware that this time is something to hold onto because nothing lasts forever.

All this being said, you have gone through a rough hire with Rich Rod, which didn't turn out right for various reasons and now you have Hoke - and from my perspective - who appears to be a very good hire and has you on the right track. I hope that is the case because college football is better when the traditional powers are doing well and you have great matchups to watch during the season.
