Michigan gots the official word from Jones earlier this morning.
Da'Mario Jones was the last receiver to come on board Michigan's class this year. The once Central Michigan-verbal was given an offer he quickly committed to in October in what looks more and more obvious as a reaction to the waining interest (on one or both sides) of LaQuon Treadwell.
Jones possesses more speed than the other two receiver commits, and he will probably end up in more of a slot role down the road, inasmuch as Michigan will use a slot receiver that isn't a Swiss Army Knife-like tight end. He received visits from the likes of Alabama and UCLA in recent weeks, which gives us reason to believe that he's better than his rankings suggest.
