The invitations have come out for the USA Hockey NTDP Evaluation Camp that will take place March 18th-22nd to determine will play for the Under-17 team next year and five Michigan commits have received invitations.
Blade Jenkins: Forward, Compuware U16
Calen Kiefiuk: Forward, Honeybaked U16
Jack Randl: Forward, Chicago Mission U16
Jacob Semik: Defenseman, Honeybaked U16
Mattias Samuelsson: Defenseman, Northwood School
This is the third consecutive season that all of Michigan's recruits have received an invitation to the camp.
After a few lean years bringing recruits to Michigan from this program Red Berenson and staff have built their 2016 and 2017 classes around USA players. From the current U-18 program Michigan has five pledges; forwards Will Lockwood, Nick Pastujov, James Sanchez and defensemen Griffin Luce and Luke Martin on the blueline
From the current U-17 program Berenson has another four commitments from forwards Josh Norris, Mike Pastujov, defenseman Quinn Hughes and goaltender Dylan St. Cyr.
