A pair of walk-ons have been rewarded for their hard work for the Michigan football program.
Kicker Kenny Allen and linebacker Dan Liesman have both earned full scholarships, according to a few of their teammates on Twitter.
So happy for my dogs Kenny and Dan on being awarded scholarships!

Michigan was able to do this because they have some wiggle room with scholarships following some attrition over the off-season and they were below the 85 scholarship limit.
Allen was active in the 24-17 loss to Utah, handling four kickoffs and converting on one of his two field goal tries. He made a 29-yarder and missed one from 44. Liesman did not play.
