Wednesday kicks off what is expected to be a busy rest of the week for the Michigan football coaching staff as we head into the rest of the week, as teased by tight ends coach Jay Harbaugh.
Today Is a HUGE day for UM football!! #GoBlue

Starting with the biggest item on the list: 2016 defensive end Khalid Kareem (Farmington, Michigan) is set to make his college decision today at 2:30 p.m. ET.
Many, including myself, believe that Michigan is in a great spot to land the four-star defensive end, but we simply do not know for sure yet. The Wolverines seem like the safest bet and have made him a huge priority, but it is very possible one of the SEC schools like Alabama or South Carolina could receive good news from him on Wednesday, as well.
I'm going to stick with the Wolverines as my pick for Kareem today unless something changes between now and the time he makes his announcement. I've long maintained that it is important to keep talent from the state in the state, so this would be a very nice get for Michigan to reestablish recruiting within its own borders.
Something else to keep in mind is that four-star tight end Naseir Upshur (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is set to begin his visit at Michigan today, where he is scheduled to be in town until Friday.
Jay Harbaugh and Upshur have developed a pretty good relationship throughout his recruitment and it would not shock me at all to see him become a part of the class before he leaves town. With him being the lone remaining target at the position, I could easily see Michigan closing the deal before the weekend.
That's it for now. Be sure to keep it locked in at MnB throughout the rest of the week for the latest in Michigan football recruiting.
