I took a look at the final polls and attempted in good conscience to come up with a fair poll. It's impossible.

Yeah. This makes no sense, I grant you. Wisconsin shoots up, despite a loss. Florida at 18!? Ye Gods, what are you doing!? Oregon jumps to 14?

What do you do? Oregon beat Michigan, Wisconsin beat Michigan, Michigan beat Florida, Florida beat Auburn, yada yada yada. With all the bowl shenanigans its hard to decide who goes where. Changes will follow but lets see what people think.

Following the A beat B beat C logic used at the bottom, can OU really be 2 spots below Mizzou after beating them 2x?

Auburn beat Florida

That means you need to flip-flop the two, which I have no problem with. Oregon (14) also beat Arizona State (13), although ASU had a better final record. How much do you weigh head-to-head vs overall record?
