It's official. Boren is a Buckeye. Congrats Justin. You are now the most hated man in the state of Michigan.

A few words of advice to Boren's new teammates: 1) don't tease him, he cries; 2) don't make him run, it'll make him think you don't like him; 3) don't curse, them's the devil's language; and 4) don't hold him accountable for his performance, he'll take his ball and go home.

Judas Boring

The only thing I can figure in all this comes from that "family values" knock on Rich Rod. Since Boren's brother is a highly sought after recruit, and since OMB (old man boren) played at Michigan, I think Judas must have figured that his bro was a shoe-in to get a scholarship. Thankfully, Rich Rod didn't give in to the culture of nepotism that thrived under Carr. How else did Mike Massey get a scholarship? I figure that TresseLL promised Boren that his brother could have a scholarship. How funny would it be if the Bucknuts backed out of that? I guess he'd have to transfer to the SEC since TOSUSO can never beat them.

Little Boren has an offer from OSU

OSU offered Little Boren at the beginning of April, after the "family values" comment. Not surprising though, Lil boren is top of the better linebacking recruits in Ohio for the 2009 class and has six decent offers. I think he had a Michigan offer, but I'm not sure. You could be right that Rich didn't see lil boren fitting in, but given Michigan's lack of depth at LB I can't imagine a top Ohio linebacking recruit wouldn't interest him. At least interest him this early in the process. I'm not totally on board with you, but I think your theory is more than a plausible.

Starting offensive lineman Justin Boren has officially transferred from scUM and enrolled at Ohio State. HOORAY! If Appy State's victory over scUM wasn't enough, this is yet one more sign of the college football nation loving hating Michigan.

I knew you'd love the story

Always good to hear from you ES, you crazy sombitch. Not to point out the obvious, but Boren's uselessness was one of the reasons for the Appy State loss. Oh well. We won't hear from him for a year either way.
