Georgia: This is the SEC East "champion"? 2007 Tennessee wants their asterisked crown back. And do UGA fans really not understand why they have earned almost zero respect with nine straight wins? Don't be surprised if Georgia Tech knocks off the Dawgs this weekend if Isiah Crowell is gimpy with the ankle injury. Anything is possible, I suppose, but an UGA win in Atlanta would have to qualify as the biggest upset in SEC Championship Game history. More inexplicable Georgia hatred from outsidethesidelines, who needs someone to explain the proper use of scare quotes, among many, many other things. Go 'Dawgs!

In the State of the Blind, the One-Eyed Team is King: Georgia Bulldogs 42, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets 34

Just a few minutes ago, Roll Bama Roll surpassed 5 million visits -- a mere four months since we crossed the 4 million threshold. This comes after a banner June for the site. Over the past 30 days almost 267,000 visitors stopped by our humble digs -- the most for any month in the history of the site that didn't include the Alabama Crimson Tide winning a National Championship. Bottom line, this off season has seen the most traffic in the history of the site with our visits and page views on par with the regular seasons in years past. Which makes us a little giddy considering what is going to happen when football gets started for real this season. So, for now, we here at the RBR junta would like to offer our heartiest "Thanks" to everyone who has stopped in and taken part in our wonderful madness (even you guys doing image searches for Thierry Henry's wife). As always, Roll Tide!
