There are few things in life Bloggers love more than the convergence of science fiction and football. It releases our inner nerd, allowing him to run amock for an hour or two before we beat him down again with the realities of life and stuff him back in our figurative locker. That said, I'm fairly positive this photo confirms that Michigan is indeed The Empire. I always suspected as much. Actually it makes me pretty happy because I always rooted for Vader to kill those bastard rebels. Remember, the Empire Strikes Back. From Space, bitches. Space.
