Initial Thoughts:
LSU is easily the best team in the country regardless of a loss. They've beaten more ranked teams than anyone in the top 10 has played, hence the top ranking.
USF only drops two because I finally believe their a good team. They played a hard fought game against a good Rutgers team, on the road, and almost pulled it out. There's no shame in that.
Cal takes a plunge, but with two losses, well, you have to.
