Would anyone actually object to this? Put the band on the field and just let it happen folks!!!

Alright, disclaimer: I am NOT a fan of the piped in music. I don't want to be a killjoy about it, but I fail to see how the band is incapable of playing any of the stuff we heard over the PA. Or, why not just have a full version of Temptation or the Hawaiin War Chant between the 3rd and 4th? There has to be an MMB solution to this (see above). If not live, then why not PIPE IN THE BAND?? Why couldn't that happen?
All that said, IF we have to pipe some music in... (arg), then why not get rid of the Boston, MA stuff (no disrespect Neil Diamond) and put something worthwhile on the playlist? I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'....
Now then, I know well enough that musical preferences being what they are, you're not going to please 110k all at once, but if you were going to ask me, it'd be far better to err on the side of old school (and hence more recognizable) rather than something avant garde and contemperoray, then again, perhaps it's just me.
Apologies for the poor sound quality on some of these, but you get the idea. Silver Bullet band not hittin' the right chord? No problem... More after the jump. Suggestions, thoughts, protests? Leave em here.
Alright fine... contemporary?
Irrerverent?
Just plain good?
