2014 Commitments
Ian Bunting (Hinsdale Central, IL) - Hinsdale Central won to get to 5-4 and reach the playoffs. Bunting is still nursing a shoulder injury.
Juwan Bushell-Beatty (Paramus Catholic, NJ) - Paramus lost to top-ranked St. Joseph to fall to 5-2 on the year after back-to-back losses.
Freddy Canteen (Eastern Christian Academy, MD) - ECA won to move to 7-1 on the season. ECA takes on St. Edward's of Ohio next week, which happens to be home to Shaun Crawford.
Mason Cole (East Lake HS, FL) - East Lake won in another easy game, this time against the only other undefeated team in its county.
Michael Ferns (St. Clairsville, OH) - Michael had a rushing touchdown, and his little brother also had a pick-six in an easy win. They're now 8-1.
Noah Furbush (Kenton, OH) - Furbush's Kenton squad won to move to 9-0.
Drake Harris (Grand Rapids Christian, MI) - I definitely marked down the wrong record for GRC last week. The Eagles are now 7-2 and comfortably in the playoffs after another win despite still missing Harris.
Lawrence Marshall (Southfield, MI) - Southfield lost to Clarkston and is now 7-2.
Bryan Mone (Highland High School, UT) - Highland won and is now 7-2 heading into the playoffs.
Jabrill Peppers (Paramus Catholic, NJ) - Peppers busted a 50-yard touchdown run in the game and recorded a tackle for loss, but he muffed a kickoff return in a loss to St. Joseph. Paramus is now 5-2.
Wilson Speight (Collegiate School, VA) -Collegiate won and is now 7-1, finally moving into the top 10 of the Virginia rankings. He completed 22 passes for 358 yards, 3 TDs, 1 INT and 1 rushing TD.
Jared Wangler (Warren De La Salle, MI) - DLS won to move to 6-3 on the year.
Brandon Watson (Eastern Christian Academy, MD) - ECA won to move to 7-1 on the season. They take on Shaun Crawford's St. Edward's next week.
Maurice Ways (Detroit Country Day, MI) - Country Day won and is now 6-3. Ways had two touchdown catches, one of which went for 50 yards.
Chase Winovich (Thomas Jefferson, PA) - Winovich ran for 246 yards and 4 TDs in a win, earning his picture in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. His team stays undefeated at 9-0.
2015 Commitments
George Campbell (East Lake HS, FL) - Campbell helped East Lake beat the only other undefeated team in its county by catching one pass for 31 yards and delivering another forced fumble off of a sack.
Shaun Crawford (St. Edward, OH) -St. Edward is now 7-1 after a clos victory. Crawford recorded an interception and a forced fumble on defense.
Andrew David (Washington, OH) - Wahington moves to 7-2 after a loss this weekend.
Damien Harris (Madison Southern, KY) - Harris put up 191 yards and 3 scores, averaging nearly 24 yards per carry in another win for Madison Southern. They're now 8-1.
Tyree Kinnel (Wayne, OH) - Wayne won and is now 8-1 on the season.
Jon Runyan Jr. (St. Joseph's Prep, PA) - St. Joseph's is now 6-2 after a loss.

This week's GSTPOMRA goes to Wilton Speight, who continued his awesome season by throwing for three touchdowns and only one interception. He has led his team into the top 10 of Virginia's high school rankings, which is a state with some college football talent.
