Saturday Open Thread, Now With Fewer Mistakes...and One Less Hand

Let's just hang out and have a nice conversation, shall we?

Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

The Maize and Blue are traveling to Northwestern to play in what is still almost a home game for the Wolverines. Every game from here on out is a must-win, and that is a sad state to be in.

Michigan vs Northwestern

Okay, so there were a couple mistakes this week. Anthony covers his in this post, and I published a stat that said Ameer Abdullah had 93 carries in two games. That would be a lot. Oops; that's what I get for using Rob Ford as my fact checker.

So what 100% accurate and trustworthy posts do we have for you today?

- From Zach we have: a Q&A with Sippin' On Purple, and the Game Ten Preview.

- Anthony brings you: What We Need to See, and the next step for Michigan after losing Hand.

- Shash brings an end to Pac and Biggie Week.

- Elsewhere in the blogoshpere: always check out Touch the Banner for good analysis...and pretty girls, and MGoBlog. MVictors takes a good look at Michigan football history (scroll down to check out all the mustaches, too).

If you're tired of Michigan football (and let's face it, we're all getting a little weary, aren't we?), then you can always check out our basketball coverage with Zach's Roundball Q&A, and a preview by Fouad.

Elsewhere in college football today, I heard SVP pick Kansas to beat West Virginia at noon, Georgia takes on Auburn at 3:30 on CBS, and Utah goes up against Oregon at 4:00 on FS1. The prime time games aren't too intriguing, so check out the nearest pub and have a nice dark stout and just wind down for the day.

Comment below, have fun, mind the guidelines, and I'll see you folks around 1 p.m. or so. Go Blue!
