Ohio State Offers Shaun Crawford
Long after committing to Michigan as a cornerback, four-star athlete Shaun Crawford has been offered by Ohio State. Are the Buckeyes cereal about this offer?
I was told that Urban Meyer was the one who made the offer to Shaun Crawford, as well.

Ohio State does indeed seem super cereal about this offer:
But in all cerealness, Ohio State means business here. Crawford was very interested in the Buckeyes early on in his recruitment, and many wondered what would happen to Michigan's efforts if Ohio State stepped into the picture.
My guess: Michigan has done too much and won't lose Crawford, but I wouldn't be shocked if he gives the Buckeyes a legitimate look. We should know shortly after St. Edward's finishes its playoff run.
Froholdt Names Top Three
Four-star defensive tackle prospect Hjalte Froholdt has narrowed his list down to Michigan, Arkansas and Florida State. A decision could come any time now:
With Arkansas, FSU & Michigan as his top 3, I do think a decision will be in the near future for Hjalte Froholdt http://t.co/qk7oCf5aYZ

Let me summarize that article for you, which I haven't even read: Michigan has built a very strong relationship with Froholdt through Hoke and Mattison and could easily have him on board by the time this year ends. The Wolverines have been in on Hjalte since the beginning. He camped in Ann Arbor and has been seen as a Michigan lean for months now.
New 2016 Offer Goes Out
Michigan has extended an offer to 2016 stud receiver Scott Bracey:
Michigan offered today!
— Scott Bracey (@sbracey_9) November 21, 2013
Bracey is one of few holding an offer from the Wolverines in his class, so we know the staff thinks highly of him and therefore thinks he should be a top priority; his sophomore tape makes it easy to see why he's already being touted by elite programs.
General Notes and Multimedia Items
ESPN has released an updated junior 300. Michigan DE target Jashon Cornell remains atop the list, with Michigan commitment George Campbell climbing to the #2 spot just behind him. Damien Harris sits at #17, Shaun Crawford at #73 and the aforementioned Hjalte Froholdt at #42.
Quarterback Wilton Speight, who will be enrolling early at Michigan, had one hell of a senior season:
QB WIlton Speight (Richmond, Va.) finished the season w/ 2900 yards, 34 passing TD's, 6 rushing TD's and 11 INT's. Named state POY

Expect him to give Shane Morris a run for his money when Devin Gardner leaves the program.
Recent DE offer Jhonathon Williams plans on seeing Michigan at some point in time, but will see Notre Dame this weekend instead.
Surprise! Southfield head football coach Tim Conley thinks Malik McDowell and Lawrence Marshall are fantastic football prospects.
