Four games down and two to go. Michigan survived the second weekend of the NCAA tournament, and might have played the best 50 consecutive minutes of any team this postseason after engineering an impressive comeback against Kansas in the final minutes of the game to tie, winning the game in overtime, and then turning around and blowing the doors off an impressive Florida squad on Sunday.
The Wolverines will face a talented Syracuse squad that has dispatched most of its opponents with ease, including a dominating win over Indiana in the Sweet Sixteen game. Michigan will have to contend with the Jim Boeheim zone -- John Beilein is 0-9 vs. Boeheim -- and a talented group of players including point guard Michael Carter-Williams, who is the one PG ahead of Trey Burke on most draft boards.
A lot more coming this week to get you ready for the game, so stick around.
