UPDATE (6:46 p.m.): In all seriousness, MLive confirmed that the jerseys are in fact from Oregon State. I'm a mad genius for connecting the dots. Okay, maybe not.

For the first time under coach Brady Hoke’s tutelage, quarterbacks will wear non-contact uniforms* in practice, and, in this case, during the 2013 spring game.
Pictured above is the uniform quarterback Devin Gardner will wear during the spring game. It eerily resembles Oregon State’s uniforms (inserts Leave it to Beaver joke).
From MLive’s Kyle Meinke (re: Gardner’s comments about the jersey color):
"We're not wearing red, for obvious reasons," Gardner told reporters last week, referring to the Wolverines' rivalry with Ohio State. "This is Michigan. Orange is the only other color that stands out."
So, be sure to cheer, “Go Blue!” and “Go Pokes!”** at the spring game Saturday.
*QBs wear non-contact uniforms so defensive players do not tackle them.
**Oklahoma State cheer you may have not known about, you Big Ten fan, you. The Cowboys also wear orange jerseys.
