It was announced on 1/10/14 that Michigan's sophomore goalie, Gerald Logan, will miss the entire 2014 season. Here's the story at MGoBlue.com.
This is a pretty big hit for the burgeoning Wolverines lacrosse program. He had 211 saves in 2013 (good enough for second in the country) and a 56.3 save percentage. The team will now look to freshman Robbie Zonino and/or sophomore Mike D'Alessio, who didn't play last year, to pick up the slack.
Good luck to Logan; hopefully he'll back for a fruitful 2015 campaign.
