Last week saw the Michigan basketball team let Detroit hang around for a little bit. A move like that tonight could spell disaster. I saw Oregon in person in Milwaukee in the NCAA Tournament last year and was actually going to leave after the Michigan game, but decided to stick around for Wisconsin/Oregon. Man am I glad I did! Oregon is a lot like their football program--fast. And they're rebound-y, too, ranking 9th in the country at 47.3 rebounds per game, but Fouad does a better job of explaining the Ducks...and how weird the word "winningest" looks.
This is definitely the toughest non-conference test for the Wolverines in the young season, but it isn't going to get any easier with a match-up with either VCU or Villanova to finish off the Legends Classic, and then Syracuse in the B1G/ACC Challenge on December 2.
Because I'll be neck-deep in work tonight, it will be up to you to keep me informed and give me a reason to sit in my office doing anything other than what I'm supposed to be doing. So do what you do, MnB-ers...comment like this is the most important thread ever, mind the guidelines, and always Go Blue!
