Remember those Shaun Crawford-to-Notre Dame rumors? Well, as it turns out, they were rooted in some type of truth, because the former Michigan 2015 cornerback commit has just given a verbal to Notre Dame.

Crawford gave an early word to Michigan only to reconsider, which wasn't what Hoke needed--he just had two blue-chips back out and couldn't afford another loss. Though small, the 5'9," 170-pound St. Edward (Lakewood, Ohio) star would have added great skill to the Wolverines' set of defensive backs.
In all likelihood, he'll do the same for Brian Kelly's Irish.
