Five-stars Hilliard, Cornell to Make College Decisions Wednesday
This is shaping up to be a be a huge week for the 2015 recruiting cycle in the Big Ten and across all of college football.
On Wednesday, outside linebacker Justin Hilliard (Cincinnati, OH) and defensive end Jashon Cornell (St. Paul, MN) will announce their college decisions at the same time: 10 a.m. EST.

Hilliard is widely regarded as the top linebacker in this recruiting class and is a player that the Wolverines have been after for some time. They have been in his top group throughout the process
Cornell's status with the Wolverines is very simple: they are out on him. It was announced a few weeks ago that Michigan had stopped recruiting him because they view him as an interior defensive lineman, which is a position they do not appear to be recruiting in this cycle.
So we know where Michigan sits with Cornell, but what about Hilliard?
Like I mentioned above, the Wolverines have been mentioned among his top schools for a long time, but at the end of the day, I do not believe that he will be a part of their 2015 recruiting class.
Here's the real kicker, though: There is a very real chance that both of these players end up with the Ohio State Buckeyes. The other school in the mix appears to be Notre Dame.
The 247 Crystal Ball has 78 and 67 percent of the predictions to OSU for Hilliard and Cornell, respectively.
Miles Boykin to Decide Wednesday, Too
Another Michigan target will make a college decision this Wednesday, as well.
2015 four-star wide receiver/tight end Miles Boykin (New Lenox, IL) confirmed this on Sunday via his Twitter account.
Will be committing on Wednesday july 2nd at 7:00pm!

Boykin has an offer from the University of Michigan on the table, and has been recruited by coaches Curt Mallory and Jeff Hecklinski. He fits the bill of what the Wolverines are looking for in their receivers, being a taller target with good athleticism and speed.
With that being said, the two schools expected to be at the top of the list are Notre Dame and Michigan State. The Fighting Irish currently have 85 percent of the predictions in their favor in 247's Composite rankings.
So if Boykin isn't at Michigan, where do they go from here?
Their top two targets at the position seem to be four-stars Auden Tate (Tampa, FL) and Brian Cole (Saginaw, MI), who is one of the top athletes in the class and best player in the state of Michigan.
Ahmir Mitchell Has Wolverines in Top Five
News and updates with the 2016 recruiting cycle has started to pick up as of late, namely with weapons to go along with quarterback commit Messiah deWeaver (Dayton, OH).
One of those players is four-star athlete Ahmir Mitchell (Egg Harbor City, NJ), who projects to be a wide receiver at the next level.
Mitchell has a top five list of schools that Michigan is included in, which he confirmed to Wolverine 247 over the weekend. That piece can be found here. ($)
He holds offers from Michigan, Boston College, Florida State, Old Dominion, Rutgers and Virginia. Being early in the process, expect more offers from all over the country to flow in as he grows as a player.
Austin Mack Spotlight
Speaking of 2016 wide receiver prospects, one of Michigan's top early targets at the position is Austin Mack (Fort Wayne, IN).
Mack is a four-star prospect and the 12th ranked wide receiver in the class, according to the 247 Composite.
247's Clint Brewster did a profile on Mack where he breaks down his skill set and gives an NFL comparison to what kind of player he is. You can check that one out here. ($)
Mack is a rising prospect heading into his junior season. He holds offers from Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Indiana and Ohio.
