With the Michigan football team reporting to camp on Sunday, it'll be one player short for an unknown amount of time.
U-M announced on Sunday that redshirt freshman wide receiver Csont'e York has been suspended indefinitely for "failing to meet team standards" and will not report for fall camp.
"Csont'e York is suspended indefinitely for failing to meet team standards and will not report for fall camp," said Michigan head coach Brady Hoke in a statement. "We demand that every person in our program represent the University of Michigan and the Michigan football program the right way on and off the field. When people fall short of that, there are consequences."
According to Ann Arbor News crime reporter Kyle Feldscher, York is subject to an Ann Arbor police department investigation. However, no arrest or charges have been filed.
York appeared in two games last season but did not register any statistics. He was expected to compete for playing time in 2014.
This is a developing story.
