'15 4-star RB Mike Weber commits to Michigan

Michigan solidifies their running back position in the 2015 class with in-state 4-star committing to the Wolverines on Wednesday.

The 2015 recruiting class is shaping up to be another solid class for the Wolverines. With their latest addition on Wednesday, the future running game got much better.

4-star in-state running Mike Weber committed to Brady Hoke and Wolverines on Wednesday night, the move was confirmed on Twitter by the Cass Tech product.

The five-foot-10 and 205-pound Detroit product is the 14th ranked running back in the 2015 class and the number two player in the state of Michigan. Once considered a Michigan State lean, a recent resurgence in pressure --as well as 4-star RB Larry Scott committing to the Spartans-- from the coaching staff was enough to pry Weber away from the Spartans and Buckeyes.

With Weber's commitment now official, Michigan currently has the number one (Brian Cole), number two (Weber) and number five (Alex Malzone) players committed in the 2015 in-state rankings.

This is a developing story.
