Sometimes if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
That is the case for the promotional offer students around the Ann Arbor campus saw on Monday night. As the "U-go" in the Union were offering two free tickets to Michigan's upcoming game against Minnesota for free with the purchase of two Coke products.
Some tickets had a face value as high as $150 per ticket.

However, after a social media circus, it all appears to be a miscommunication.
"Coke is a great partner of ours and had purchased a limited block of tickets for the Minnesota game for a Coke retail activation aimed at Michigan students," Michigan said in a statement. "Due to a miscommunication in the approval process, this promotion should not have run as is. As a result, it is being pulled immediately. However, all purchases to date will be honored by Coke."
