The younger Harbaugh, 25, has served as a quality control under his uncle, John, with the Baltimore Ravens. He also served as an undergraduate assistant with Oregon State. This will be his first coaching job in his career.
According to Michigan's online directory, Harbaugh's name appears as an employee but a job title was not given at the time of the search.
The Wolverine's Chris Balas, who predicted Harbaugh will have his son on staff on Jan 11, was not able to verify the official position Harbaugh will be coaching.
