ANN ARBOR -- It appears that Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh wants to keep part of his offense in the family.
According to a report from Wolverine247's Clint Brewster on Tuesday, Harbaugh has hired his son Jay as tight ends coach at Michigan.
The younger Harbaugh, 25, has served as a quality control under his uncle, John, with the Baltimore Ravens. He also served as an undergraduate assistant with Oregon State. This will be his first coaching job in his career.
According to Michigan's online directory, Harbaugh's name appears as an employee but a job title was not given at the time of the search.
