Michigan basketball seeks to improve to 2-0 in the 2015-16 season as it hosts the Elon Phoenix of the CAA. This should be a relatively comfortable win for the Wolverines because Elon was picked by CAA coaches and media to be last in its conference. However, as I point out in my extensive game preview, the Phoenix are better than their numbers suggest and have a hidden gem in point guard Luke Eddy. Nonetheless, if Michigan can take care of the ball against Elon's aggressive defense, it should win easily and begin its preparation for murderous non-conference stretch in the next two weeks.
