Four-star DE/OLB Carlo Kemp committed to Michigan on Sunday afternoon, and video has emerged of him placing the phone call to head coach Jim Harbaugh to deliver the news.

Harbaugh's reaction is priceless and he at one point handed the phone off to someone else so he could do a cartwheel.

Harbaugh called Kemp a player that will "change Michigan's defense."
