So, I thought the season was pretty much over...and then Michigan went and beat Illinois. Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy that they smoked an opponent. Now, though, they get to go up against the Wisconsin Badgers, who just keep trucking.
So, does Michigan stand a chance? Nope. Even though this went to overtime in the one and only meeting these two teams had earlier in the season, I just don't see the momentum from the Illinois game bleeding over into this one. Again, I'd love it if it did happen, but I'm also a realist.
We had a pretty decent showing in yesterday's thread at this same time, so I hope we have a similar turnout. I'll be available all game long (no school for the kids today), so I'll be right here with you.
