After being reclassified to a senior this season by Michigan basketball coach John Beilein, the status surrounding forward Max Bielfeldt and whether he will be returning to the team next season lingered all year.

It appears, at least for now, that Bielfeldt's decision has not come just yet and all options are currently on the table.

One option in particular is Bradley University, according to the Peoria Journal Star. According to the report, Bielfeldt spoke with new BU coach Brian Wardle and considering playing for the Braves for the final year of his eligibility.

"I have spoken to Coach Wardle and there is an interest to potentially come," Bielfeldt told the paper. "I'm currently just weighing my other options."

A Peoria Notre Dame grad, the opportunity to play in his hometown is also a major draw for him.

"I like how he's trying to build a high-character team similar to how Michigan recruits," he added. "It would definitely be fun to play in my home city in front of so many familiar faces and fans at a program that I grew up watching."
