Former Michigan cornerback Blake Countess has found a new home.
According to his Instagram account, Countess says that he will transfer to Auburn for his fifth and final year of eligibility. NCAA rules state that graduate transfers are immediately eligible to play. Due to an ACL injury suffered in the season opener of his sophomore season, Countess was forced to redshirt after a promising freshman season.
Countess announced earlier this month that he will be transferring from Michigan.
He finishes his Michigan career by playing in 38 games for the Wolverines, registering 114 total tackles, one forced fumble, 13 pass deflections and six interceptions.
