Michigan's highest rated recruit has added another pair of awards to cap a spectacular USHL career, earning Player of the Year as well as Forward of the Year honors. Connor was also named Dave Tyler Junior Player of the Year by USA Hockey last week.

Connor led the USHL in scoring this season with 80 points through 56 games and set new highs in goals (34), assists (46) and total points while leading Youngstown to a 1st place league finish.

At the conclusion of a three year career Kyle Connor recorded two 30+ goal seasons, earned 1st Team honors for the 2013-14 season and finished 4th All-Time in USHL scoring with 195 points.

A projected Top-15 pick in next month's NHL draft Connor will be a key addition at center next season for a Michigan team that recently lost 1st and 2nd line centers Andrew Copp and Dylan Larkin to the NHL.
