Redshirt junior receiver Bo Dever announced on his Instagram account on Sunday afternoon that his playing career at Michigan has come to an end due to medical reasons:

Dever is a walk-on who joined the team as a freshman in 2012. He redshirted that season before making his collegiate debut in the 2013 opener against Central Michigan. Dever had a more significant role last season, in which he appeared in 10 games, started against Maryland, and hauled in one pass for 26 yards against Indiana. Dever's role likely was to be diminished this upcoming season as Michigan has a variety of scholarship receivers they are looking to try, but Michigan could have relied on Dever in the slot if need be.

Dever will remain at Michigan and become a student assistant on the staff.
