2016 4* TE Naseir Upshur Selects Florida State over Michigan

In a move that you should have expected, 2016 four-star tight end Naseir Upshur committed to Florida State over Michigan in this Bleacher Report video on Tuesday.

For a long time, Upshur had been considered a heavy lean to the Wolverines. However, after Florida State applied the full-court press on Upshur once five-star tight end Isaac Nauta decommitted from the Seminoles, the tide turned, and Michigan lost its lead. Upshur still plans to take his official visits -- so Michigan may have once last shot to change his mind -- but Michigan fans should consider that to be unlikely, obviously.

Michigan has one tight end in its 2016 class in three-star Sean McKeon, but the Wolverines are looking to add one more.

Update: Upshur doesn't plan to take an official to Michigan. Welp.
