Daniels and four other students at Trinity High in Euless, Texas held five hand drawn posters that detailed the colors and logos of each team that landed in Daniels' top five on Friday afternoon.
That list includes Michigan, Ohio State, Texas A&M, Oklahoma and Alabama. The four-star prospect is the No. 23 ranked player in the state of Texas.
Pair Of 2017 Prospects Land U-M Offers
Both Meshael Custis (Hampton, GA) and Jaden Hunter (Atlanta, GA), are the latest juniors to receive offers from coach Jim Harbaugh and the Wolverines.
Custis, who's the younger brother of Ole Miss signee, Montrell, is a three-star cornerback and No. 53 ranked overall in the state of Georgia. The 6-foot-2, 175 pounder also holds offers from Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Louisville and Tennessee, among others. Custis told 247Sports over the weekend that Michigan and Clemson are his top two schools right now.
Hunter, a four-star outside linebacker, will most likely visit Ann Arbor in the offseason, but has told Rivals.com that he's wide open in the recruiting process. Michigan State is one notable Big Ten program who offered Hunter, but has also collected offers from Alabama, Georgia, LSU and UCLA.
The Latest On 2016 U-M Commit Ahmir Mitchell
Mitchell, the four-star New Jersey wide receiver who committed to Michigan in late August, caught up with Scout.com following his week one victory, where he saw more time at cornerback after rolling his ankle.
The No. 25 ranked pass catcher in the country also went into detail on why he committed to the Wolverines with reporter Brian Dohn, stating his goal of receiving a degree in Kinesiology while also playing for Harbaugh and the coaching staff.
Mitchell also praised Michigan's fought hard effort during their loss against Utah, believing that miscommunications by quarterback Jake Rudock and the receiving corp was the difference between winning and losing.
