Michigan Basketball is coming off of a tough recent stretch of games, but tonight's opponent is just what the doctor ordered.
Minnesota is one of the worst teams in the conference (not quite as bad as Rutgers, who is in a stratosphere all its own) and should be able to cruise to a semi-stress free victory tonight at Crisler, even without Caris LeVert.
Drew is currently traveling, so I have come out of my football recruiting bunker and will be the one manning the thread tonight. If you missed his game preview, you can see it in his entirety here. This is his prediction:
Even without Caris LeVert, Michigan should shred Minnesota's defense, scoring at will inside and outside the three-point line, and one of the Wolverines' few defensive strengths matches up with one of the Gophers' few offensive strengths. Add in that Michigan has the benefit of playing in front of its home crowd, and this should be a rout.
Michigan 87, Minnesota 63
