Update: A quick look at what McDoom brings to Michigan can be found here.
Class of 2016 wide receiver Eddie McDoom has committed to Michigan, according to his Twitter account.
McDoom is a three-star prospect and the 65th-ranked wide receiver in the class of 2016, per the 247 Composite.
His recruitment picked up in recent weeks after decommiting from Oregon. Michigan is really high on his skill set and stayed on him throughout the process.
McDoom took and official visit last weekend and said prior to his trip that if he felt comfortable, that he would be ready to pull the trigger and join Michigan's 2016 class.
McDoom is the fifth wide receiver that Michigan has taken in this cycle, joining four-stars Ahmir Mitchell, Dylan CCrawford and Brad Hawkins and three-star Nate Johnson.
Johnson's status is still up in the air, but that fifth spot is expected to be filled by either him, Donald Stewart or Pie Young.
McDoom is the 25th commitment of Michigan's 2016 class.
