Per the 247 2016 Football Recruiter Rankings, three of Michigan's assistant coaches have been listed among the finest football recruiters. Offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch comes in at No. 4, defensive line coach Greg Mattison sits at No. 8, and linebackers coach Chris Patridge rounds out the group at No. 23.

2016 3* DT Commits to Michigan
The Wolverines picked up another commitment on Monday from 2016 three-star defensive tackle Michael Dwumfour (NJ). Per his Twitter page,

He announced earlier in the day that he had decommitted from Penn State. Dwumfour is a high school teammate of Michigan running back commit Kareem Walker.
Rashad Weaver Decommits from Michigan
Per his Twitter page on Monday night, defensive end Rashad Weaver announced his decommitment from Michigan. He committed to the Wolverines back in June. Weaver mentioned minimal contact with the coaching staff as a reason for this decision.

According to the 247Composite, Weaver is a three-star prospect. Michigan now has 24 commits in the 2016 class.
Top Michigan Target Slated to Announce Decision on Wednesday
According to Steve Lorenz of Wolverine247 (FREE), one of the top remaining Michigan targets in 2016 athlete Khaleke Hudson (PA) will announce his decision on Wednesday via his Twitter page. The time is to be determined.
Hudson traveled to Ann Arbor two weeks ago for an official visit. He is the 23rd-ranked safety in his class and is 10th-overall in the state of Pennsylvania. Per the 247 Crystal Ball, the Wolverines are favored to land Hudson. His decision will come down to either Michigan or Penn State, according to Lorenz.
Harbaugh Drops in on 2016 Top100 OT
Coach Harbaugh and Tim Drevno paid a visit to 2016 four-star offensive E.J. Price on Monday, per Clint Brewster of Wolverine247 (FREE). According to Price's Twitter page, the meeting went well:

Price is ranked 84th nationally according to the 247Composite and 8th at the OT position. Price is also highly considering USC, Georgia, and Auburn.
Harbaugh Pays Visit to Top TE Target on Tuesday
Coach Harbaugh dropped in on 2016 three-star tight end Chase Allen (MO) on Tuesday night, according to Clint Brewster of Wolverine247 (FREE). Allen is one of the top targets remaining for the Wolverines.
Allen took his official visit to Michigan back on January 15. The 247 Crystal Ball is in favor of the Wolverines landing Allen's services.
Simmons to Take Official Visit on Wednesday
Per Steve Lorenz of Wolverine247 ($), 2016 four-star safety Isaiah Simmons will officially visit Michigan on Wednesday. Coach Harbaugh went in-home with Simmons last Monday and per his Twitter page, it went well.

Simmons is the 16th-ranked safety in his class and sits at No. 3 overall in the state of Kansas.
2016 TE Eubanks to Visit Michigan on Wednesday
Per Luke Stampini of Wolverine247 ($), 2016 three-star tight end Nick Eubanks (FL) will pay a visit to Ann Arbor on Wednesday and Thursday. This comes after Eubanks was forced to rearrange his official visit schedule due to an illness.
Eubanks' top three now consists of Alabama, Florida, and Michigan, per the 247Composite. He is ranked as the No. 15 tight end in the 2016 cycle.
Rashan Gary Announces Decision Time
The No. 1 overall recruit and Michigan's top remaining target has released what time he will announce his decision. Per Brandon Brown of Rivals (FREE), defensive tackle Rashan Gary is slated to announce his decision on February 3 at 1 p.m. on ESPNU. It will also be broadcast on ESPN2 and Sportscenter.
Gary visited Ann Arbor this past weekend, and he is currently favored to choose Michigan.
Coaching Staff Offers Several Players at Cedar Grove HS (GA)

One name to highlight in this list is 2017 three-star pro-style quarterback Jelani Woods. Woods currently holds one other offer from USF and boasts an overall rating of 86 on the 247Composite.

2017 3* RB Mike Epstein (via Ryan Bartow of Wolverine247)
Epstein (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) is currently a hard commit to Illinois. Epstein holds and overall rating of 78 per the 247Composite and is ranked as the 74th running back in the 2017 cycle.
2017 3* DE Jordan Wright (via Brandon Brown of Rivals)
Harbaugh and company continue to cement a Florida pipeline. Wright hails from Fort Lauderdale, FL (Dillard) and currently boasts offers from Miami (FL), Arkansas, and Louisville, among others.
2017 3* DE Jonathan Ford (via Steve Lorenz of Wolverine247)
Ford picked up an offer from the Wolverines on Tuesday. A product out of Dillard HS as well, Ford is currently ranked at No. 10 in the 247Composite at the defensive end position. He also holds offers from Ohio State, Florida State, and Miami (FL), among others.

Michigan picked up a pair of commitments on Sunday night in the form of 2016 three-star inside linebacker Elysee Mbem-Bosse and 2016 three-star outside linebacker Joshua Uche. Per their Twitter pages,

The two athletes visited Michigan over the weekend and were among the first players who were recruited by defensive coordinator Don Brown.
