“Maybe for the Michigan vs. Maryland game,” Woods said.
Woods is a 2017 three-star safety, who committed to Michigan on March 28th. The 6-foot-3, 205-pound athlete is ranked No. 342 in the nation, 26th at his position and is the 16th-best player in Alabama. He took his last visit to Michigan on June 10th.
Bateman, a 2017 three-star offensive tackle, is ranked No. 407 in the nation. From Gadsden City High School in Alabama, he is the 20th-best player from his state. Bateman’s latest visit to Michigan was on August 6th.
Collins is ranked No. 3 in the state of Alabama from Clay-Chalkville High School. He is the 86th-best player in the nation and the 13th-best wide receiver. Collins, a 6-foot-5, 195-pound four-star athlete, has Michigan at the top of his list.
"They've always been the leader," Collins said after the first Elite 11 practice at Nike Headquarters. "They've always been up there from the first two times I went. Everything about Michigan. The coaching staff, it's a tradition-type school and just the vibe of the coaches, it's good."
Woods later mentioned that the chances are “pretty good” that the trio make their way to Ann Arbor on November 5th.
