No. 4 Michigan has opened as a 26.5 favorite over Rutgers, according to Vegas Insider.
The Wolverines will be hitting the road for the first time this season after five straight home games to begin 2016. Saturday’s game will be televised on ESPN2 with kickoff scheduled for 7 p.m.
Michigan and Rutgers have met two times with the home teams winning both matchups. The Scarlet Knights took the contest in 2014 and the Wolverines took care of business at home last season.
Rutgers is 2-3 on the season and coming off of 58-0 loss at Ohio State in week five. Their other two losses were to Iowa and Washington.
