The Michigan Wolverines will be without both Grant Perry and Drake Johnson against Illinois. However, true freshman running back Kareem Walker is dressed for the first time this season.
Grant Perry will not dress today vs. Illinois; I'm hearing it's a disciplinary/suspension type situation: https://t.co/kSsYdwqMOC pic.twitter.com/CT3d87ZoWH

According to Steve Lorenz of 247Sports, the reason for Perry and Johnson’s absence could be due to a disciplinary issue that has resulted in a suspension.
Perry has six receptions this season for 144 yards and a touchdown. Johnson, on the other hand, has not played this season. Across the 2015 campaign, he carried the ball 54 times for 271 yards and four touchdowns.
Walker was ranked No. 101 in the 2016 class, according to 247Sports. He was the fourth-best running back and the No. 3 player from the state of New Jersey. Walker committed to Michigan on December 17, 2015.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound running back missed the first six games of the season due to his need for progress in the classroom. Walker has obviously made the advancements needed and has officially returned to the field.
