Chris Evans leads Michigan with 416 yards on the ground and three touchdowns. Meanwhile, Hill leads the team with eight rushing touchdowns.
During last week’s battle against Illinois, Evans broke for a 16-yard run with 8:07 left in the first quarter. His helmet was crunched between two Illinois helmets and stayed down on the field after the hit. After a few minutes, he got up and walked off of the field. He immediately went to the locker room for an examination. Earlier this week, Evans was diagnosed with a concussion.
Hill left the game against Illinois during the late stages with an undisclosed injury.
The good news is that Evans and Hill should be back against Michigan State, and the idea of the duo returning was even more reassuring after seeing them on the field for warmups.
