Hurricane Matthew is in Cuba this afternoon, but it will hit the mid-Atlantic by Saturday. Due to those conditions, Hurricane Matthew has put the battle between Michigan and Rutgers in jeopardy.
The Wolverines will head to High Point Solutions Stadium in Piscataway, New Jersey for Saturday’s game at 7:00 PM ET.
The storm is expected to move into the Bahamas Tuesday night and Wednesday as a major storm. It will get near Florida on Thursday and is likely to impact most of the Southeastern United States.
“The river has overflowed all around us,” pastor Louis St. Germain told CNN. “It’s terrible... a total disaster.”
Hurricane Matthew has already contributed to two deaths in Haiti, four in the Dominican Republic, one in Colombia and one in St. Vincent. It made a landfall on Tuesday morning in Haiti.

Haiti was hit with 145 mile per hour winds, causing widespread damage and flooding.
Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh said that equipment manager Gary Hazelitt will “have them in the right shoes and the right gloves and the right equipment.” He did not seem too concerned with Hurricane Matthew.
Last season, Michigan’s game against Maryland was moved from 8:00 PM ET to 12:00 PM ET because of Hurricane Joaquin.
