2017 4* DB Commits to the Wolverines

In big Michigan recruiting news this week, the Wolverines grabbed their 19th commitment in the 2017 class in four-star safety Jaylen Kelly-Powell. Per his Twitter account on Tuesday,

Powell is ranked 260th overall in his class and fourth in the state of Michigan. He hails from Cass Tech in Detroit.

OSU Target Set to Visit Ann Arbor

Per Bill Kurelic of Wolverine247 ($), Ohio State and Michigan target Christopher Oats will pay a visit to Ann Arbor this weekend for their final home game of the season. Oats hails from Cincinnati and is rated as a four-star outside linebacker in the 2018 class.

Oats will actually see the Wolverines in action twice in two weeks, as he's also traveling to Columbus for The Game the following week. Per the article, Oats listed Ohio State and Michigan State as his top two schools, respectively.

2017 5* OT Makes Visit this Weekend

According to Adam Friedman of Rivals ($), Michigan will have one of their top targets, 2017 five-star offensive tackle Isaiah WIlson (NY), on hand this weekend for the Indiana game. Wilson is ranked 31st overall in the class, seventh at his position, and first overall in New York.

He is also planning on visiting Alabama, Georgia, and LSU. The 247 Crystal Ball is currently in favor of the Wolverines landing Wilson.
